A bit about therapy
Sometimes, relationships in our lives change slowly and in ways we do not notice at first. Over time, these changes become more apparent and often lead to disconnection. Therapy can help to bring these changes to our conscious awareness, and work together to find new ways to interact and connect. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where an individual or couple can work toward new understanding and meaning for life changes and struggles. By talking about these challenging times, a person or couple can make small but significant changes that will help work toward the life and relationships they want.
